Enerpac LAT Lightweight Air Hydraulic Torque Wrench Pump is a compact, durable pump for hydraulic high torque wrench applications in tight spaces that are harder to access with larger air powered pumps. For maintenance shutdowns and turnarounds, construction projects and jobs with high bolting volume, the ATEX certified LAT Lightweight Air Hydraulic Torque Wrench Pump is the ideal solution. 

PowaPak™ Air Hydraulic Torque Wrench Pump was developed for the high demands of the oil and gas, chemical processing, rental and other industrial markets. The stainless steel roll cage resists corrosion and surface damage reducing the maintenance required to prepare the pump for the next job. The certified lifting eye enables the pump to be transported between levels with a lifting hook avoiding time consuming strapping. 

Air Driven Torque Wrench Pump from Enerpac in the ZA4T-series have a high bypass pressure for faster torque cycles. The pump is developed with a glycerin filled pressure gauge with transparent overlays in Nm/Ft.lbs. This pump is ATEX certified. 

Enerpac ATP Ultra High Pressure Air Pumps is a two speed pump unit for products that require up to 1500 bar hydraulic pressure. These pumps are compact, lightweight and developed with a rugged steel frame. The pump is developed with a prelubricated pump element and an integrated glycerin filled gauge. 

 

XA-series Air Driven hydraulic foot pumps from Enerpac are ATEX-certified and developed with XVARI® technology that replaces the popular and widely-used linear air motor technology with improved ergonomics, precise metering of the hydraulic oil flow and also offers a higher oil delivery for increased productivity and efficiency.



 

E-Pulse Pumps provide power to various hydraulic tools and torque wrenches. The E-Pulse Hydraulic Electric Pumps have a smart, brushless DC motor and controller that varies the speed to maximize flow at any pressure and can operate hydraulic tools as fast as pumps with larger, 1 hp motors. The adjustable speed dial allows the operator to adjust the speed to their application so an operator can precisely control large and small hydraulic tools to complete work accurately and safely.

Portable Cordless Torque Wrench Battery Pump in the XC-series are ideal for maintenance bolting applications requiring portability and convenience. The interactive pendant provides visual and vibration feedback of pump operation and the user can set pressure and operate in both manual or auto-cycle mode. It has a superior run-time with 5Ah and 28V battery. 

E-Series E-Pulse™ is an electric two-stage pump with high by-pass pressure:  3,6 l/min at 200 bar, 0,52 l/min at 700 bar. The smart controls enables the motor to maintain constant power across the pressure range. The 24VDC power regulator minimizes effects of poor power supply and the six-piston block design provides even flow for smooth operation of cylinder or tool

TQ-Series torque wrench pumps have optimised flow technology - the three stage pump maximizes productivity. Heat exchanger is inclduded and the pump is considered to be quiet (<85 dBA). The pump has been developed with a durable roll cage and ergonomically sized handle and shielded gauge. The TQ-series has IP55 rating for Superior Dust and Water Protection. 

Z-class Electric Torque Wrench Pumps have been developed with a 1,25 kW motor and a high efficiency pump design - higher oil flow and bypass pressure. The torque wrench pumps have a high-strength, molded composite shroud that protects the motor and electrical components. Additionally, the LCD readout provides pressure display and a number of readout capabilities. 

The ZE-series Torque Wrench Pump features the Z-Class high-efficiency pump design; higher oil flow and by-pass pressure, cooler running and requires 18% less current draw than comparable pumps. The fan-cooled industrial electric motors supply extended life and stand up to harsh industrial environments. The LCD readout provides a number of diagnostic and readout capabilities never before offered on an industrial pump (included with electric valve models, optional on other models)

Electric Tensioning pump from Enerpac in the ZUTP-series has a two-stage pump design that provides high flow at low pressure for fast system fills and controlled flow at high pressure for safe and accurate operation. The compact and lightweight design fits through tight openings and provides easy handling. The tensioning pump has a panel mounted 6" pressure gauge, with polycarbonate cover, is set into the protective metal shroud for improved visibility and safety. 

Enerpac Hand Pumps have a lightweight and compact design and developed with a durable glass-filled nylon reservoir for maximum corrosion resistance. They have been developed with a handle lock for easy carrying and large oil capacities for wide range of cylinders and tools.

Turbo II Air Pumps from Enerpac have been developed with a high efficiency cast aluminum air motor for increased life and reduced air consumption. The new generation air saver piston with rugged one-piece design reduces air consumption and operating costs. The pum can be operated by hand or foot and has a return-to-tank port for use in remote valve applications

 

The High Pressure Hand Pump from Enerpac has a lightweight and compact design and durable glass-filled nylon reservoir. Two-speed operation in most models reduces handle strokes by as much as 78% over single speed pumps. The pump has a handle lock making it easy to be carried around. The handpump has a large oil capability to power a widew range of cylinder or tools. 

Ultra High Pressure Hand Pump from Enerpac with an operating pressure of 2800 bar. The pump has a two-speed operation that allows for a faster fill. It reduces cycle times for many testing applications and has a large release knob for improved control of pressure release.
